Finca La Bendición (Blessing) was founded by Jahaira Yosely Cardona in the Marcala region of Honduras. Jahaira has been working in the the coffee industry since she was eight years old, and has been applying her lifetime of knowledge to producing coffee at Finca La Bendición with her husband. Their farm is operated by four people on 1.5 hectares.
She joined COMSA, a prominent co-operative in the area that focuses on organic, ecological growing practices, which allowed her to dedicate herself to producing specialty coffee and to continue innovating.
This coffee is round, sweet, and nutty– a comforting staple with notes of nougat, heath, hazelnut, milk chocolate, and clementine.
